Project Controls Manager (multiple positions): Develop an accurate forecast of the cost, size, and duration of future projects. Collect and analyze data on all of the factors that can affect costs, such as materials, labor, location, duration of the project, and special machinery requirements. Develop financial budgets, analyze, review, and document the requirements of a project throughout its lifecycle. Develop a cost summary for the entire project, which includes the costs of labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, overhead, taxes, insurance, markup, and any additional costs that may affect the project. Estimate cost and schedule risk analysis, cash flow analysis, and developing historical cost data for benchmarking purposes.
Lead risk identification process and run monte Carlo simulation to determine project contingency. Input data into various programs and maintain various cost and forecasting accuracy and assist with other project management support tasks as needed. Support project set up in SAP working closely with property accounting and finance.
Masters in Civil engineering, construction management or any related field.

Perform project management for a variety of projects ranging from refurbishment and relocation of corporate office space to design, procurement, and delivery of complex pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Establish and monitor appropriate safe project operating procedures and systems, ensuring management plan is followed. Ensure safe project working practices are followed by site personnel. Coordinate regular site progress meetings and report on weekly and commercial progress. Provide financial reports including cash forecasts, budgets, cash flow, and variations concerning project budgets.

Skills Requirements: 4 years experience with SAP; 4 years experience in a project management or construction management field; 4 years experience working with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera; 4 years experience with construction invoicing and payment applications.
